allegiant2Allegiant Air is bringing its Million Dollar Summer promotion to the Rochester Red Wings game July 29, in honor of Cancer Survivor’s Night at Frontier Field.

Friday, 50 cancer survivors in attendance at the Red Wings Game will win round-trip tickets on Allegiant valued at $200, good for travel for up to one year.

“Cancer survivors and their families have faced some of the toughest challenges in life,” Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo stated. “Each winner will have the opportunity for a much needed get-away, without having to worry about the expense of traveling. I would like to thank Allegiant Air for bringing this generous opportunity to Monroe County.”

Allegiant will give away $1 Million in free airfare this summer, throughout the markets they serve. According to officials, the company has currently issued over $500,000 in airfare across the country to date.

“We’re excited to reward some very strong folks in the Rochester area with free airfare tonight,” Jude Bricker, Allegiant chief operating officer, stated. “Million Dollar Summer is all about giving vacations to people who really deserve them, and these survivors deserve a relaxing break.”

Allegiant serves the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) with twice-weekly, non-stop service to Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) & Orlando/Sanford (SFB), Florida.
