The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority ("RGRTA") has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for design and CA services for installation of a fall protection system in the RTS Operations Building at its RTS Main Street Campus, 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, NY. The fall protection system will be used when servicing rooftop equipment on RTS buses.
RGRTA will host an optional pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 AM on February 28, 2020 at the RGRTA Administration Building, 1372 East Main Street, Rochester New York. A site tour will follow the meeting.
RGRTA will be establishing civil rights and diversity goals for the project. Details will be in the solicitation document when it is released.
Proposals will be received by mail or hand delivery at the RGRTA Administration Building Reception Desk, 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, New York 14609 until March 13, 2020 at 3:00 PM. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Firms or individuals submitting proposals are fully responsible for their delivery. Reliance upon mail or mail carriers is at the offeror’s risk. Fax requests are not accepted.

A copy of the Request for Proposals may be requested by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate.
RGRTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals, to waive any informality therein, and to accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to RGRTA. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
