NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF ARCHITECT/ENGINEER FOR -
The Parrott Hall Stabilization and Remediation Project, Geneva, New York
Proposals for the Parrott Hall Stabilization and Remediation Project in Geneva New York will be received until June 1, 2020 at 4:00 pm at the City of Geneva, 47 Castle Street, Geneva, New York 14456 to the attention of Collette Barnard where they will be opened and read. Each proposal must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposals and must be accompanied by references of similar projects. Respondents must have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in completion of similar projects for State, National or locally registered landmarks.
Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Business equal opportunity to participate in State-funded projects. The following goals have been set for this project: 13% MBE and 17% WBE. The Respondent, by submitting a proposal on the contract, acknowledges understanding and support of this policy and pledges to fully cooperate with the City of Geneva in meeting NYS requirements as set forth in the Request for Proposals and Contract Documents.
