Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, Central Administrative Offices, 131 West Broad Street, Rochester, New York, 14614 to 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, August 11, 2020, for the project as listed above, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.

These bids shall be accompanied by security in the amount indicated and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
