CITY OF CORTLAND

Request for Proposals

The City of Cortland is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Program Delivery and Administrative Services in conjunction with TWO recently awarded Community Development Block Grants (CDBG #285HR144-20 and #285HR320-21) to fund a Housing Rehabilitation Programs. M/WBE firms and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. Proposals must be submitted no later than Noon on March 18, 2022. They can be mailed or delivered in person to the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, Cortland, NY 13045.
