A judge in Pennsylvania has unsealed a 2005 deposition of Cosby, which took place during a civil lawsuit filed by Andrea Constand, one of several women who recently accused the comedian of sexual assault.
According to the deposition, “When you got the Quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?” Constand’s lawyer, Dolores Troiani, asked.
“Yes,” Cosby replied.
Nonetheless, although Cosby admitted he acquired the drugs with the intent to give the sedatives to young women, he has not actually admitted to drugging any of his accusers.
Over 25 women have accused the comedian of assaulting them over the past four decades.
Currently, Cosby has not been criminally charged, and has continued to fervently deny any wrongdoing.
