ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR VARIOUS SCHOOLS
CONTRACT NO. 7C – PAVING AND SURFACING


Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, Central Administrative Offices, 131 West Broad Street, Rochester, New York, 14614, to 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, August 15, 2017 for the project as listed above, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.

These bids shall be accompanied by security in the amount indicated and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

Sets of contract documents and official bid forms may be examined at the Department of Educational Facilities, City School District of Rochester, 835 Hudson Avenue, Building #3, Rochester, New York, 14621, and may be obtained upon presentation of a fifteen dollar ($15.00) check deposit for each set, made payable to the Board of Education. Deposit will be refunded to the bidder upon return of specifications in good condition on or before the date set for such return by the Department.
