The Rochester City School District is working with Walgreens to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to all students, families and staff.
On June 2, the district will host walk-in vaccination clinics from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Jefferson Campus, 1 Edgerton Park, and the Franklin Campus, 950 Norton St. No appointments are needed.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be administered to students 12 and older. Walgreens will also have a limited supply of Johnson and Johnson one dose-vaccinations for anyone 18 and older.
Walgreens staff soon will offer COVID-19 vaccination clinics at nearly every school in the district. Students and families will be receiving information in the upcoming week.
In March, Walgreens provided 800 vaccinations for RCSD employees at two separate clinics.
