The Rochester Association of Black Journalists has elected its 2016 officers.
Richard McCollough, founder of Mirusmedia, has been re-elected RABJ president; Joanne Gordon, senior video editor, WXXI Public Broadcasting, as vice president; Kevin Hicks, freelance journalist, vice president/print; Michelle Faust, reporter/producer, WXXI Public Broadcasting, vice president/social media and marketing; and Dolores Orman, retired reporter, Democrat and Chronicle, parliamentarian.
RABJ is an affiliate of the National Association of Black Journalists, an organization of over 4,000 journalists, students and media-related professionals, which provides programs and services to, and advocates on behalf of, black journalists worldwide.
