ATTENTION CONTRACTORS

The following municipalities were awarded a grant from the NYS Office of Community Renewal under the Community Development Block Grant Program.  The grant funds provide funds to assist in the rehabilitation of eligible residential structures located within the boundaries of these communities. Our firm was hired by these communities to assist them in administering the rehabilitation programs.

The CDBG Program strongly encourages participation of Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises in the rehabilitation process.  If you are interested in bidding on projects within any of the listed communities, please contact us for an application to be included on the approved contractors’ list. Please specify which community or communities’ application(s) you would like to receive.
