Basement Renovations

LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE subcontractors/vendors for renovations to the 19,000-SF basement level of Syracuse University's Quantum Technology Center. The tentative schedule is August 2024 through an August 2026 completion date.   Bids are due on March 28, 2024 by 2pm. Plans and specifications are available through Building Connected or by contacting Bob Conlan at robert.conlan@lechase.com or 315.263.9793.  This project is a tax-exempt organization. Prevailing Wages apply.
