Houseworx is hiring multiple WORKING FOREMAN for ongoing residential and commercial projects!
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Perform basic to high-end finish carpentry tasks
• Ensure employee and subcontractor work is being done on time and to the set standard of quality
• Report project progress and set-backs to the project manager
• Oversee onsite safety
Working Foremen are expected to have..
• Master (or near master) carpentry skills
• Basic knowledge of other trade work
• Basic understanding of general scope and sequences of various project types (i.e kitchen renovation, decks, etc)
• Effective communication skills
• A strong work ethic and reliable transpiration
Pay rate is based on experience. Typical pay rate range is $30 - $35/hr. Houseworx benefits include:
