City Hall, Administrative Offices to Close Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 in Observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday

Refuse and Recycling Delayed by One Day 

 

(Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024) –  Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, the Rochester Public Market, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

 




All R-Centers, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 through Saturday, Nov. 30.

 

Rochester Public Library branches will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 and reopen on Friday, Nov. 29 for normal hours.

 

Refuse and recycling collection will not take place on Thursday, Nov. 28, and will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

 

Rochester Animal Services, will be closed to the public Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.

 

The 311 Call Center will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 and reopen on Friday, Nov. 29 from 7 a.m.– 9 p.m.

 

The Rochester Public Market , 280, N. Union St., will be open for Thanksgiving shopping on Tuesday, Nov. 26 and Wednesday, Nov. 27 from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28 and will resume its regular schedule on Saturday, Nov. 30.

 

The Adams Street R-Center will hold its annual holiday Skate and Swim party for families from 5 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
