Community Garage Sales and Super Fleas Kicks Off at the City of Rochester Public Market Sunday

Vendors Always Welcome to Apply



The Greatest Community Garage Sales and Super Fleas at the City of Rochester Public Market kicks off its 2024 season this Sunday, April 14 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 280 N. Union St. and will continue on 12 more Sundays throughout the spring, summer, and fall.

 

Treasure hunters will discover bargains on a boundless variety of items from dozens of vendors selling new and used clothing, tools, home décor, sporting goods, vintage collectibles, artwork and much more. The Market features coffee shops, cafes and food stands where patrons can take a break and enjoy a quick snack or meal. Businesses in the surrounding Market District will be open as well.

 

Enterprising individuals, families or community groups are invited to purchase a vending space. Cost is just $35 per day for a 10-foot x 30-foot stall, including a parking space. Vendors selling a wide variety of items, both new and used, are welcome to participate. Garage Sales and Super Fleas offer great fundraising opportunities for non-profit or community organizations. The remaining 2024 Greatest Community Garage Sales and Super Fleas will run on the following dates: April 28; June 2, 16, and 30, July 14 and 28; Aug. 11 and 25; Sept. 8 and 22; and Oct. 13.

 

Garage Sales and Super Fleas are held rain or shine and admission is free. Most items for sale will be under cover in the outdoor market sheds.
