Waste Harmonics is a managed service provider in the waste industry located in Victor, New York. We provide a comprehensive outsourced waste management consolidation service for companies and corporations with up to 5,000+ locations. We work with diverse business clients across the United States and several Canadian provinces to deliver cost savings and complete consolidation of invoicing, as well as proven recycling and sustainability strategies.

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative I include scheduling permanent and temporary service for commercial customers, researching and resolving service problems, and coordinating schedules with vendors.

Other duties may include assisting with special projects, resolution of billing discrepancies with vendors, and other tasks as assigned.

*****This position is 5 days a week in our Victor, NY office*****

Rate of Pay for this position is $20.00/hour

Customer Service Duties include:

  • Provide excellent service to every customer, via telephone and email

  • Schedule service requests

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

  • Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and respectful manner

  • Work with vendors to ensure proper service levels are established and maintained

  • Display a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is required; waste industry experience is a plus

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and be organized and flexible

  • Persistent follow-up skills are essential

  • Must be PC proficient, including database management, email, and internet-based systems.

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred



Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
