Early Voting Sites Open Until Sunday

Early voting has become increasingly popular as it offers convenience and flexibility to voters. The Monroe County Board of Elections sent out over 450,000 postcards to registered voters about the upcoming elections, polling locations, and the option for early voting.


Sunday, June 23, is the final day for early voting. Early voting allows voters to cast their ballots at any designated location in Monroe County, providing flexibility and convenience.


To take advantage of early voting, voters can visit one of the following locations:


- David F. Gantt Recreation Center - 700 North St, Rochester, NY 14605

- Edgerton Recreation Center - 41 Backus St, Rochester, NY 14608

- Irondequoit Public Library - 1290 Titus Ave, Rochester, NY 14617

- Monroe County Office Building - 39 W. Main St, Rochester, NY 14612

- North Greece Road Church of Christ - 1039 N. Greece Rd, Rochester, NY 14626

- St. Theodores Catholic Church - 168 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606

- Staybridge Suites Rochester University - 1000 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611

- Empire State University (in-person ASL Interpreter) - 680 Westfall Rd, Rochester, NY 14620

- Susan B Anthony House - 17 Madison St, Rochester, NY 14608


Early voting has gained popularity recently due to its convenience and flexibility. Supporters of early voting note that by offering multiple locations for early voting, voters can choose a site that suits their schedule and location. They believe early voting saves time and ensures all voters have an equal opportunity to participate in the democratic process.
