Facility Maintenance Services (Event 381)

The Rochester Genesee Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking bids from Vendors to provide general maintenance services at the following seven (7) locations:

1.      RTS Main Street Campus - 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609

2.      RTS Transit Center - 60 St. Paul St., Rochester, NY 14604

3.      RTS Access - 588 Trabold Road, Rochester, NY 14624

4.      RTS Livingston - 4390 Gypsy Lane, Mt. Morris, NY 14510

5.      RTS Orleans - 225 West Academy Street, Albion, NY 14411

6.      RTS Seneca - 23 Thurber Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165

7.      RTS Wyoming - 4300 Rt. 19, Rock Glen, NY 14550

Contracts will be awarded by location and Vendors are not required to bid on all locations. Consult the Scope of Work for specific services needed at each location as they vary.

Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include New York State and RGRTA. Therefore a 30% MWBE and 6% SDVOB goal have been applied.
