Home rapid test kits for COVID-19 will be available to the public for free at participating Monroe County libraries starting, Tuesday, September 19.

While supplies last, test kits will be available at the following libraries:

• All Rochester Public Library locations

• Brighton Memorial Library

• Gates Public Library

• Hamlin Public Library
