Free Day of Classes Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Monday, January 20th, 2025



Continuing its annual tradition since 1997, Garth Fagan Dance will once again honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the best way it knows how: through dance.


Classes will commence on Monday, January 20th, 2025 giving members of the community – those with and without dance experience – the opportunity to learn the Fagan Technique directly from the dancers they see on stage.


Pre-registration is recommended, but students can also sign up 20 minutes prior to the class.


All participants are asked to wear footless tights and leotard or form fitting attire (no loose or oversized garments). No shoes or socks will be worn. Participants under 18 years old must have a parent/guardian sign registration forms.


Space for groups cannot be reserved. Classes are broken down as follows:


11:00am - 12:00pm - 5 to 7 years olds

11:00am - 12:15pm - 8 to 12 years olds

12:30pm - 1:45pm - 13 & up (Intermediate Level for Teen/Adult)

2:00pm - 3:15pm - (Intermediate/Advanced All Ages)
