Program Delivery and Administration

Town of Binghamton (Broome County) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration and Program Delivery Services for their recently awarded FY 2025 NYS Community development Block Grant for Housing Rehabilitation. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.

Proposals are due to be returned by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Tuesday February 4th 2025 at the Town Clerks office where they will be opened and read aloud.
