The Rochester Business Journal announced 18 honorees for their 2025 Impact and Inclusion Awards, recognizing business and community leaders who foster workplace cultures where everyone thrives.
The awards, which spotlight leaders committed to creating inclusive environments that drive market growth and boost profitability, will be presented during an awards ceremony and summit on March 27 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center at 123 East Main Street. Registration, networking and a breakfast buffet begin at 8:30 a.m., with the keynote address, panel discussion and awards program scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. The event hashtag is #RBJevents.
“The 2025 Impact and Inclusion honorees create environments where employees truly belong, which in turn drives market growth, increases profitability and delivers sustained competitive advantage,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Rochester Business Journal. “Their outstanding achievements empower people committed to positive action, and we are proud to honor them.”
