Mayor Malik Evans delivers 2023 State of the City Address

Rochester May Malik Evans delivered his State of the City Address, Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the Rundel Memorial Building (Library) at 115 South Avenue.


Evans talked about a smorgasbord of topics and issues including poverty, violence, urban improvement projects, homelessness, progress, public safety, prosperity, entrepreneur to name a few.
