Senator Brouk to Host 2nd Annual Community Baby Shower


Senator Samra Brouk will be joined by more than thirty organizations across the Greater Rochester Area for her Second Annual Community Baby Shower and Panel Discussion on Doula Care.


The event is designed to provide information, resources and supplies to new and growing families in the Greater Rochester Area. Local organizations have donated supplies and lunch for the event.


Community members interested in attending are encouraged to register at bit.ly/BroukBabyShower2023. The Community Baby Shower & Panel Discussion happens on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Ryan R-Center, 530 Webster Avenue, Rochester, New York 14609.

The panel discussion will feature Senator Samra Brouk; Twylla Dillion (Panelist), HealthConnectOne; Celia McIntosh, Black Nurses Association; Phyllis Sharp, Royalty Birth Services; and Adriana Lozada, Birthful. Additional participating organizations include:
