Shooting Incident at Pittsford Wegmans

The recent shooting incident at the Pittsford Wegmans has left community members in shock and prompted law enforcement to launch an investigation. 

On Wednesday morning, chaos erupted at the Pittsford Wegmans as shots were fired in the parking lot, sending customers scrambling for safety. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office(MCSO) confirmed its deputies responded to the incident.

MCSO reported the victim was deliberately targeted in his vehicle by the suspect, whose vehicle fired shots before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. 

MCSO released photos of the suspect vehicle following interviews with witnesses and a review of surveillance footage.

Wegmans praised their staff and law enforcement for their swift actions in ensuring the safety of everyone involved during the frightening incident.

MCSO is asking for the community's cooperation in identifying the vehicle involved in the shooting.
